What comes to your mind when you hear the word Peace?

        Peace, when I hear the word peace the first thing that comes to mind is when there are no political and social conflicts that lead to war or that lead to violent riots that turn deadly and disastrous. But besides all of this, another thing that comes to my mind is when a person is in inner peace with themselves, when they are free of stress and anxiety and don't have anything to worry about. A person in my opinion can be in peace with themselves by performing some kind of exercise, for example yoga, etc., that helps the body relax and get all of your frustrations out and the stress just flies away and you feel free and relieved.

  1. I totally agree with you about exercising to relieve you of stress or troubles that you may have. Often times, if i'm stressed out or in a bad mood, I always turn to soccer because it always just makes me forget about everything bad thats going on and have fun. It really is a great way to relieve stress and relax.

  2. I agree with you in that when i think of peace i also think of no political or social conflicts. Inner peace is also a big thing i believe goes with peace. For me to reach inner peace i just relax and take deep breaths.

  4. I agree with u in that many people can find inner peace by performing excersises. Its great when people are at peace with themselves because if u r never at peace with yourself, then u will never be at peace with anything in life.

  5. I definitly agree with you, when it comes to peace we can't include wars or battles. When it comes to exercising, I love working out or playing any sport, that relieves my stress, and it just feels great.
